超声弹性成像在肝纤维化诊断中的应用进展

随着超声诊断技术的不断发展,超声弹性成像技术因具有无创无痛、方便快捷、真实还原脏器受累部位及了解脏器形态等优点,应用于临床以来,在乳腺、前列腺等浅表器官疾病的诊断中起到了重要的作用,但在肝脏疾病方面的研究特别是无创性肝纤维化和肝硬化的分级、诊断、疗效检测及预后评估上未有深入探索。现就超声弹性成像的发展及其在肝纤维化和早期肝硬化诊断中的应用价值进行综述。
