| 摘 要： | 目的观察鲤鱼汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白尿的治疗作用。方法 SPF级Wistar大鼠50只,经尾静脉分两次注射阿霉素制备肾病综合征模型,检测大鼠阿霉素注射前1周、注射后每3天的12h尿蛋白排泄量并描绘尿蛋白排泄量变化曲线;实验结束后测定大鼠血清清蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TCHO)的水平并进行结果分析。结果与正常组比较,模型组12h尿蛋白排泄量、血脂水平明显升高;血清总蛋白、清蛋白水平明显降低。与模型组比较,各治疗组12h尿蛋白排泄量降低,血清清蛋白、总蛋白水平升高。结论鲤鱼汤能降低阿霉素肾病大鼠的尿蛋白排泄量,提高血清蛋白及总蛋白水平。 |
