| 摘 要： | T细胞受体(TCR)基因与疾病的发生、诊断及治疗密切相关,弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤、慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征、IgA肾病中TCR有其不同基因型的表达特点。在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中,TCRVβ13和TCRVβ15亚家族出现克隆增殖性T细胞的频率较高;在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征中,外周血TCRVβ20基因优势克隆;在IgA肾病中,TCRCα-575A/G及TCRCα-560C/T基因多态性与疾病的发生相关。现就TCR基因在肿瘤治疗上的研究现状以及通过TCR基因修饰的T细胞在治疗恶性肿瘤等疾病方面的巨大发展潜能予以综述。

| Abstract: | T-cell receptor（ TCR） genes are closely associated with the occurrence of diseases,diagnosis,and treatment. The article outlines the expression feature of different TCR genotypes in diffuse large B cell lymphoma,chronic abacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome,and IgA nephropathy. The higher frequency of clonal expansive T cells is predominate in TCR Vβ13 and Vβ15 subfamilies in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients. The predominant clone of TCR Vβ20 is found in CAP/CPPS patients; TCRCα-575A/G and TCRCα-560C/T polymorphisms may be associated with IgA nephropathy. Now,the article outlines the research status of TCR genes in tumor treatment and the significant development potential in the treatment of malignant tumors. |
