摘    要:microRNA(miRNA)是一种非编码的小分子RNA,在基因的表达调控过程中起着非常重要的作用。骨组织的发生、生长、代谢同样与miRNA有着密切的关联。与骨代谢相关的miRNA的表达水平变化都会引起骨质代谢异常,进而导致骨质疏松等骨疾病的发生。而在骨相关疾病状态下,改变相关miRNA的表达水平也能对其起到治疗作用。现针对miRNA在骨代谢相关研究及其进展予以综述。

Abstract:MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of non-coding RNAs that play an important role in gene expression and controlling.Hence,the formation,development,and metabolism of bone are closely associated with miRNAs.When the expression levels of some miRNAs change,the metabolism of bone will become abnormal,resulting some bone diseases,such as osteoporosis.Additionally,the alteration of the expression levels of some miRNAs may be curative for some bone diseases.This paper makes a review of the researches of miRNA associat...
