细菌生物膜的防治进展

生物膜是细菌对抗不利环境、导致持续感染和耐药性的重要方式,常常给临床治疗带来极大困难。生物膜的形成受到多种因素的影响,包括生物医学材料、细菌的群体感应信号、细胞外多糖、二价阳离子浓度、环鸟苷二磷酸信号途径等。新型抗菌生物材料的研制和细菌生物膜形成机制的阐明,为防治细菌生物膜引起的难治性感染提供了新途径。
