| 摘 要： | 目的评估手术切口持续引流法和切口加压包扎缝合法对腰椎术后脑脊液漏的治疗效果。方法我院2005年1月至2010年5月共施行腰椎手术708例,并发脑脊液漏17例。其中手术切口持续引流组(A组)7例,切口加压包扎缝合(B组)10例,对两种方法的疗效和并发症进行评估。结果 A组脑脊液漏的消失及引流的平均时间为6.8 d,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,有头痛2例,无感染、假性硬脊膜囊肿等并发症。B组切口加压包扎缝合平均2.5 d后,脑脊液漏消失,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无头痛、感染等并发症。结论手术切口持续引流法和切口加压包扎缝合法均是治疗腰椎脊柱手术后脑脊液漏的有效方法。
