| 摘 要： | 终末期肾脏病患者,由于肾脏对磷的排泄发生障碍,常出现钙磷代谢紊乱,这一变化会引起临床上诸多严重并发症,进而增加了慢性肾脏病患者的病死率。目前治疗主要通过饮食限制磷的摄入、血液透析和腹膜透析直接清除血浆中游离的磷及各种含金属与非金属磷结合剂的广泛应用。是对终末期肾脏病高磷血症的治疗现状予以综述。
