先天性动静脉瘘治疗的研究进展

先天性动静脉瘘为血管发育缺陷畸形,随着年龄增长而增长。经导管动脉介入栓塞术是该病的主要治疗方法,常用的栓塞材料有聚乙烯醇泡沫微粒、明胶海绵、微弹簧圈及球囊、二氰基丙烯酸对丁酯等。经皮穿刺瘤腔内药物硬化治疗是病变无法彻底清除或难以手术患者的首选方案,局限型先天性动静脉瘘患者可首选手术切除。现对其常用治疗方法、栓塞材料及硬化剂予以综述。
