血小板参数与脑梗死发病的研究现状

血小板在脑梗死发病前、发病过程及病后都发生变化。血小板计数和体积改变可能是脑梗死形成的一个原因,而不是梗死后继发改变。在脑梗死患者急性期检测血小板参数可作为脑梗死加重的一个危险因素进行观察,同时可作为抗血小板治疗效果的观察指标。血小板的异常变化,与梗死范围的扩展和病情的预后有关,病情越重,梗死面积越大,血小板参数改变越明显。血小板计数减少、平均血小板体积及血小板分布宽度增加是与脑梗死病情相关的病理生理学基础。抗血小板药物能够抗血小板黏附性和聚集性,防止血栓形成,有助于防止动脉粥样硬化和心肌梗死。

The Progress of the Platelet Parameters and Cerebral Infarction

Before disease,in disease process,after disease,platelets all changed.Platelets count and volume change may be a reason of cerebral infraction,but don′t choke to death after the change.Patients of cerebral infraction in acute period,detecting parameter of platelets have a risk factor to a cerebral infraction,and it can act as therapeutic indicators of antiplatelet.Abnormal change of platelets was associated with infarct expansion and pathogenetic prognosis,pathogenetic condition was more severe,infarct size was greater,platelet parameters changed more obviously.Reduction of platelet count,increase of mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width were associated with the basis pathophysiology of cerebral infarction.Antiplatelet drugs can inhibit the platelet adhesion and aggregation,prevent thrombosis,was helpful to prevent atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction.
