| 摘 要： | 目的：分析院前急救空诊病例的特征,探讨相关措施,提高院前急救效率。方法：以杭州市急救中心2009年的急救档案数据为基础,进行统计分析。结果：该中心2009年院前急救空诊率为14.6%,以急腹症求助的空诊率为最高,占52.70%,其次为车祸。结论：院前急救的空诊率高,对院前急救资源的合理利用及部分急救病人的生命产生很大影响,应采取加大宣传教育、电话医学指导、完善急救网络等综合措施减少空诊率。
