| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）在放疗所致颈动脉损伤中的诊治价值。方法：采用CDFI检查17例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者放疗后的颈动脉,并对行经皮颈动脉成形加血管内支架放置术（CAAS）治疗的重度及完全闭塞患者的疗效进行评价。结果：17例患者中,3例左锁骨下动脉重度狭窄;1例右锁骨下动脉远端闭塞;8例一侧或双侧颈内动脉中度以上狭窄,其中重度者3例;5例一侧或双侧颈总动脉中度以上狭窄,其中重度者2例。病变均位于照射野内。9例重度狭窄或闭塞的患者在DSA确诊后接受CAAS治疗。治疗后超声随访,放疗性动脉损伤病变为临床治愈。结论：CDFI是诊断放疗所致颈动脉损伤的有效手段,并对术后疗效评估提供了可靠的方法。
