| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同胃疾病组织CDX2蛋白的表达及其在胃癌发生、分化中的作用,并且探讨幽门螺杆菌感染对CDX2蛋白表达的影响。方法随机选取300例胃黏膜标本,进行免疫组织化学染色。结果 CDX2蛋白表达在慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃癌组织高于浅表性胃炎(P=0.000),肠型胃癌高于弥漫型胃癌(P=0.000);CDX2蛋白表达阴阳性两组在不同胃疾病及不同分化的胃癌中H.pylori检出率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 CDX2与胃癌的发生及肠型分化相关,CDX2蛋白的表达可能与H.pylori的感染无关。
