| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MRI对膝关节骨挫伤的诊断价值。方法:搜集本院2006年1月~2010年4月间经MRI检查确诊的膝关节骨挫伤70例进行回顾性分析。70例中男45例,女25例,年龄10~69岁,平均35岁;70例行MRI检查时间自外伤后5h~20天,平均8天;70例患者外伤后局部均出现疼痛、压痛和(或)软组织肿胀及功能障碍;临床采用保守和对症治疗。结果:70例共显示134个病灶,其中股骨下端67个,胫骨上端(包括胫骨平台)54个,髌骨8个,腓骨上端5个;MRI表现为不规则斑片状或地图样T1WI低信号、T2WI等或略高信号,STIR脂肪抑制序列均呈明显高信号。伴半月板撕裂25例,侧付韧带损伤21例,前交叉韧带损伤11例。结论:MRI能揭示膝部骨挫伤的病理改变,并准确判断关节周围韧带及软组织的损伤情况,常规MRI检查并行脂肪抑制序列是诊断外伤性骨挫伤最佳的方法。
