| Abstract: | Clinical residents are the basic element of the talented persons in a hospital. They are very important to the medical quality and development of a hospital. How to enhance the clinical residents, train and improve their quality has been paid great attention to. The paper probes into the present situations, existing problems and countermeasures taken in the standardized clinical resident training of our hospital. |
