| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超引导下微创经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的有效性和安全性。方法采用B超引导下经皮肾微造瘘钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石156例，并对手术方法及并发症进行分析。结果一次治疗结石取净率为55．1％（86／156），总的取净率为90．4％（141／156）。手术时间平均（125．0±49．7）min，术中出血量平均（59．8±69．7）mL，输血3例。无严重手术并发症。术后住院时间5～11d，平均（7．5±1．4）d。结论B超引导下经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术是治疗肾结石的一种安全、有效的方廿
