| 摘 要： | 1例84岁女性患者因冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,口服辛伐他汀40 mg,1次/d。用药10余年,患者出现全身肌肉酸痛、无力。入院体格检查:肌紧张度增高,压痛明显。实验室检查示肌酸激酶(CK)4488 U/L,考虑为辛伐他汀所致横纹肌溶解症,遂停用辛伐他汀,其他治疗药物继续使用,给予口服辅酶Q10。12 d后复查,CK降至85 U/L。

| Abstract: | A 84-year-old woman received simvastatin 40 mg thrice daily for coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy.After ten years treatment,the patient developed generalised muscular pain and asthenia.On admission,physical examination showed increased muscle tone and marked tenderness.Laboratory examination revealed creatine kinase level was 4488U/L.Rhabdomyolysis was considered to be induced by simvastatin,so simvastatin was stopped and other drugs were continued,and coenzyme Q10 was administered.After 12 days,her crea... |
