| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高温熔化液态铁致眼部重度烧伤早期药物与手术综合治疗的效果。方法本组32例（32眼）。Ⅲ度烧伤30眼，Ⅳ度烧伤2眼。应用口服强的松、球结膜下注射肝素等药物及新鲜羊膜移植治疗。结果16眼角膜恢复透明，薄翳10眼，斑翳5眼，白斑1眼。26眼（81．25％）脱盲。结论早期药物与手术综合治疗严重眼部高温熔化液态铁烧伤获得良好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of drugs and surgery on treating ocular melted iron burning at early stage.Methods There were 32 cases (32 eyes) in the study,in which 30 eyes Ⅲdegree burn,2 eyes got Ⅳ degree burns.Oral prednisone,subconjunctival injection of heparin and fresh amniotic membrane transplantation were applied in the treatment.Results There were 16 corneas restored transparency.Ten eyes resulted in corneal nebula,5 eyes corneal macula,one eye corneal leukoma.There were 26 eyes (81.5 ％ ) got rid of blindness.Conclusion Treatment of medicine and surgery at early stage had good result for severe ocular melted iron burn. |
