摘    要:目的探讨0.01%丝裂霉素c在LASEK术中预防术后haze形成的效果。方法随机对照的前瞻性临床研究。接受LASEK手术的137例,随机分为两组:对照组69例(137眼)术中用0.02%丝裂霉素C,观察组68例(136眼)术中用0.01%丝裂霉素C,分别浸润切削基质面。观察术后1个月、3个月、6个月时视力、屈光状态、haze形成情况及并发症。结果两组术后2周裸眼视力大部分达到或接近术前最佳矫正视力,术后6个月视力恢复情况符合美国FDA关于屈光手术有效性和安全性的评价标准。两组间在相同随访时间haze的发生情况差别无统计学意义。按照切削深度选择MMC作用时间后,在切削深度相同时,两组间haze出现情况差别无统计学意义。结论LASEK术中应用0.01%MMC并根据切削深度选择作用时间能有效地抑制haze的形成。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of 0.01% Mitomycin-C on preventing corneal haze after laser epithelial keratectomileusis(LASEK).Methods Perspective randomized case-control study was done.137 cases accepted LASEK were randomly divided into two groups,the control group which included 69 cases ( 137 eyes)were treated with 0.02% mltomycin C,the study group which included 68 cases ( 136eyes) were treated with 0.01% mitomycin C intraoperation respectively.And the applied time was chosen according to ablation depth.The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA),refraction,corneal haze and complications were observed in one month,3 months and 6 months after operation.Results For the most cases,the UCVA was above or equal to preoperative UCVA two weeks postoperatively.The recovery of the visual acuity was accorded to the standard of FDA 6 months after surgery.The haze incidence was not statistically different between the two groups at the same follow-up time.And there was no statistical difference between the two groups with the same corneal ablation depth.Conclusion 0.01 % mitomycin C with a chosen application time according to the ablation depth can effectively inhibit corneal haze incidence of LASEK.
