| 摘 要： | 1例22岁男性患者因全身瘙痒伴红色皮疹自行口服阿司咪唑3 mg。30 min后患者出现心悸、恶心、呕吐、头晕,对症治疗后病情好转。回顾病史,患者曾口服相同剂量阿司咪唑2次,每次服用后均出现头晕、心悸,之后均自行缓解。

| Abstract: | A 20-year-old man developed palpitations,nausea,vomiting,and dizziness 30 minutes after the patient himself took astemizole 3 mg for pruritus with rash in his entire body.His symptoms relieved after symptomatic treatment.A review of his medical history revealed that the patient had taken 2 doses of astemizole at the same dosage,and his dizziness and palpitation had occurred after taking each dose of astemizole and than the symptoms had spontaneously disappeared. |
