| 摘 要： | 1例81岁女性患者因高血脂服用辛伐他汀40 mg/d治疗1年,因胆结石加用单剂量熊去氧胆酸250 mg.次日出现乏力、全身肌肉酸痛,尿色加深.第10天肌酸激酶(CK) 12 650 U/L,诊断为横纹肌溶解综合征.给予患者水化治疗、静脉滴注碳酸氢钠及呋塞米治疗.期间CK最高达80 539 U/L,CK-MB/CK比值最...
