| 摘 要： | 目的：研究p27蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及其临床意义。方法：本研究共取111例石蜡包埋的非小细胞肺癌标本，其中30例含有癌旁组织。采用免疫组化SABC法检测p27蛋白的表迭情况。结果：肺癌组织中p27的表达显著低于癌旁正常组织，差异有显著性。p27蛋白的表达均与肺癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小、组织类型及临床分期无关，而与肺癌组织的分化程度、淋巴结转移以及患者的预后密切相关。结论：非小细胞肺癌中存在p27蛋白表达的下降。
