| Abstract: | Aim Study on the effect and mechanism of the immunity induced by Schistosoma japoincumsoluble immature egg antigen(SIEA).Methods The immature eggs after beingcultured with RPMI-1640 containing anti-SIEA serum or control serum were injected into themice through tail vein.Results 30 days later,there was obvious differenceregion of granuloma in lung between the two groups.Conclusion The resultsindicated that SIEA could induce incomplete immunity.Antibody may occlude pore of eggs orcombine special antigen to impede development of miracidia or egg maturation. |
