护理干预在社区老年高血压患者中的应用

目的 探讨护理干预对社区老年高血压病患者的影响.方法 随机抽取社区老年高血压患者120例进行系统的护理干预,1年后对患者进行问卷调查和测量血压.结果 患者对高血压知识的掌握、服药的规律性及合理性、饮食的合理度、运动调养、血压的自测等方面都有了显著的提高,血压也有了显著的降低,护理前后差异有统计学意义（P＜0 05）.结论 护理干预能够有效地控制社区老年高血压患者的血压,有利于患者的身心健康和生活质量的提高.

Application of Nursing Intervention in the Elderly with Hypertension in the Community

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A random sample of elderly hypertensive patients in 120 cases of nursing intervention system, 1 years after the questionnaire investigation and measurement of blood pressure in patients with. Results The patients of hypertension knowledge, medication regularity and rationality, diet, exercise, reasonable degree to blood pressure self testing has been significantly improved, blood pressure has also significantly reduced, there is significant difference before and after treatment （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension in the community can control effective blood pressure, is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients and improve the quality of life.
