推拿结合功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎24例

目的 观察推拿结合功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎（KOA）的疗效.方法 KOA患者48例分为治疗组24例和对照组24例,2组均给予推拿治疗,治疗组同时进行功能锻炼.结果 治疗1个月后,2组患者疼痛、功能障碍、压痛、肿胀情况均明显改善,评分均较治疗前明显下降（均P＜0.05）,且治疗组疼痛、功能障碍、压痛各项评分均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）;治疗后,2组临床疗效比较,治疗组临床治愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组（均P＜0.05）.结论 推拿结合功能锻炼治疗KOA效果显著,明显优于单一推拿治疗.

Massage combined with functional exercise curative effect observation of treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the massage combined with functional exercise curative effect for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods 48 cases of KOA patients were divided into treatment group （24 cases and the control group 24 cases, two groups were given massage therapy, treatment group function of exercise at the same time, the results; 1 month after treatment, 2 groups of patients with pain and dysfunction were significantly improved, tenderness, swelling rate, score was significantly decreased the （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group pain, tenderness and dysfunction of various grades are lower than the control group （P 〈0.05）, after treatment, the clinical curative effect comparison of two groups, clinical cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion the massage combined with functional exercise to treat KOA effect is remarkable, is supe- rior to single massage therapy.
