| 摘 要： | 教育科研在高职教育的发展中具有十分重要的意义,提高对教育科研的重视,充分发挥教育科研的引领作用,对于进一步深化教育教学改革提供了决策依据。本文通过问卷调查的形式,选取某医学专科学校教师为调查对象,分析该校教师教育科研的现状,并提出改善教育科研现状的对策。

| Abstract: | Educational scientific research is a vital role in the development of higher vocational education.It can provide the decision basis for the fiirther development on the reform of education and teaching to pay more attention to educational scientific research and give full play to guidance of it.Through the form of questionnaire,teachers of a medical school as the research objects,the paper analyses the status on teacher educational scientific research in the school,and puts forward countermeasures to improve it. |
