个体化健康教育在产科优质护理中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨个体化健康教育在产科优质护理中的应用效果。方法:将开展个体化健康教育护理模式后产科住院分娩的700名孕产妇设为观察组,随机抽取按照常规健康教育在产科住院分娩的700名孕产妇为对照组。观察组孕产妇采用个体化的健康教育模式,即对住院分娩的产妇安排一名责任护士,专门负责该孕产妇的各阶段健康教育及治疗护理工作,使健康教育贯穿生产的始终。对照组孕产妇进行常规健康教育。观察两组孕产妇健康教育内容掌握情况、对护理工作满意度、自然分娩率及母乳喂养成功率。结果:观察组孕产妇健康教育内容的掌握程度,对护理工作满意率、自然分娩率及母乳喂养成功率均明显高于对照组,两组孕产妇比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产科实行个体化的健康教育指导,满足了产妇及家属对产科护理相关知识的需求,有效改善了健康教育效果,顺应现代护理学科发展,提高了护理质量。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate application effects of individual health education in high-quality obstetrical nursing. Methods:700 pregnant women, delivered in our hospital in 2013 after the application of the individual health education nursing mode, were selected as observation group; while 700 pregnant women, delivered in our hospital in 2012 and accepted the conventional health education, were chosen as control group. The observation group used the individual health education mode, namely, the pregnant women to deliver were assigned with a nurse, who was responsible for the health education and nursing work in every phase of the deliv-ery. The control group was given the conventional health education. The health education content mastery, satisfaction on nursing work, natural childbirth rate and success rate of breast feeding of the two groups were observed. Results: The mastery of maternal health education, satisfaction on nursing work, rates of natural childbirth and breast feeding in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions:The implementation of the individual health education guidance the department of obstetrics could meet the demands of maternal and their families for the nursing knowledge, improve the effects of health education, conform to the development of modern nursing disci-pline, and improve the quality of nursing.
