| 摘 要： | 目的了解苍术丸对骨折愈合的影响，探索祛风除湿，养血活血方法对促进骨折愈合的作用。方法将大骨鸡60只，随机分成3组：空白对照组，伤科接骨片组，苍术丸组。造成实验动物右腿胫骨中段闭合性骨折模型，用自制小夹板外固定。空白组不喂药，组2喂食伤科接骨片，组3喂食苍术丸，观察鸡步态变化。实验后3周后将实验动物处死取样，通过放射学、生物力学、组织学方法观察骨折愈合情况。结论1、苍术丸有促进骨折愈合的作用，其作用强于伤科接骨片。2、祛风除湿，养血活血方法能促进骨折愈合。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe effect of the promoting on fracture healing by drink Cangzhuwan.To explore role on promoting fracture healing by Expelling wind and removing dampness,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation.MethodsSixty large bone chickens were randomly divided into three groups： blank group,Shangkejiegupian group and Cangzhuwan group.Make every chicken right middle tibial fracture and reduction of fracture, fastened by a splint. Blank group give no medicine,Shangkejiegupian group feed Shangkejiegupian, Cangzhuwan group feed Cangzhuwan. Put chickens to death by bloodletting three weeks later, Observe the case of fracture union by radiology、pathematology、biomechanics.Conclusion1. Cangzhuwan can promoting fracture healing more than Shangkejiegupian do. 2. Expelling wind and removing dampness,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation can promoting fracture healing. |
