中医综合治疗盆腔炎50例

目的研究中医综合治疗措施治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法病例选取为2011年1月至2013年12月之间我院收治的100例盆腔炎患者，在知情同意的情况下根据患者的入院编号进行随机分组，对照组50例采用常规西医疗法，观察组50例则在对照组治疗基础上进行中医综合治疗，包括中药口服及保留灌肠，对两组患者的疗效进行统计对比。结果观察组患者显效31例，有效17例，无效2例，总有效率96.0%；对照组患者显效19例，有效20例，无效11例，总有效率78.0%，观察组疗效显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中医综合治疗盆腔炎的疗效确切，且能够根据患者的具体情况进行药物调整，多靶点多途径的方式更好地体现了针对性治疗，显著优于西医常规疗法，值得在临床上推广和应用。

TCM Comprehensive Treatment of pelvic inlfammatory disease for 50 cases

Objective To study the curative effect and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,and compared with conventional western medicine the curative effect.Methods100 cases were selected as pelvic inflammation in patients with 2011.1～2013.12 in our hospital,were randomly divided in the case of informed consent according to the admission number were analyzed,50 cases in the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group of 50 cases in the control group based on the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy,including oral medicine and enema,statistical comparison of the efifcacy of the two groups of patients. Resultsin the observation group 31 cases,effective 17 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efifciency of 96%;control group 19 cases,effective 20 cases,invalid 11 cases,the total efifciency of 78%,the curative effect of therapeutic group was signiifcantly beter than the control group,the difference was statisticaly signiifcant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion the efifcacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is exact,and can be adjusted according to the speciifc circumstances of patients drugs,better multitarget multi ways of targeted therapy,signiifcantly better than the conventional treatment of Western medicine,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
