中医辩证施治胰腺癌38例的临床分析

目的:探讨运用中医疗法治疗胰腺癌患者的临床效果。方法:对38例胰腺癌患者给予中药复方进行治疗,并结合临床表现加以分析。结果:该38例胰腺癌患者经中医诊治后存活时间均超过半年以上,其中,存活时间在半年到1年的患者有18例、占47.4%,存活时间在1到2年的患者有13例、占34.2%,存活时间在2年以上的有7例、占18.4%。结论:对胰腺癌患者采用中医辩证施治,确实能使患者的病情得到改善,症状得以缓解,生活质量有所提高,生存能力得以延长。

Clinical analysis of evidence-based medicine of TCM in 38 cases of pancreatic cancer

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods： 38 patients with pancreatic cancer were given Chinese medicine compound treatment and were analyzed combining with their clinical manifestations. Results： After the traditional Chinese medicine therapy,all the 38 patients with pancreatic cancer had a survival time of more than half a year,wherein 18 cases（ 47. 4%） with the survival time of 6 months- 1 year,13 cases（ 34. 2%） with the survival time of 1 year- 2 years,and 7 cases（ 18. 4%） with the survival time of more than 2 years. Conclusions： Evidence- based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the patients with pancreatic cancerreally does make the conditions improved,relieves the symptoms,improves quality of life,and prolongs the survival ability.
