| 摘 要： | 人才是任何一个领域可持续发展的关键,中医药事业的传承、发展离不开中医人才。目前,高等院校中医药人才培养不尽人意,仍有＂中医后继乏人＂的感概,西医学却以迅猛之势飞速发展,因而中医药事业的振兴刻不容缓,造就一批素质良好的中医＂精英＂人才成为中医药事业复兴的关键。

| Abstract: | Outstanding talents is the key to the sustainable development in any field,enterprise of tradition Chinese medicine cannot carry on and develop without the outstanding doctor of tradition Chinese medicine.At present,the condition of cultivating those people is less than satisfactory in the institution of higher education.There is serious short of the outstanding doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time Western medicine is developing very rapidly.So it is Imperative to revitalize of traditional Chinese medicine.It is the key to revive the tradition Chinese medicine How to train a number of good quality medicine ＂elite＂ talent.） |
