清肠汤合中药灌肠对湿热内蕴证溃疡性结肠炎血沉和C-反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨清肠汤结合中药灌肠对湿热内蕴证溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血沉(ESR)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响.方法 将64例湿热内蕴证UC患者按随机数字表法分为2组,每组32例.观察组予清肠汤结合中药灌肠治疗,对照组予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗.观察治疗前后ESR和血清CRP的变化,进行对比分析.结果 治疗后两组的ESR水平和血清CRP水平均下降(P<0.05,P<0 01),组间比较,观察组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0 05).结论 清肠汤结合中药灌肠能够抑制炎症反应,修复肠黏膜损伤,改善血液循环,促进溃疡愈合.

Abstract:Objective To explore the Qingchang decoction and herbal enema on the influence of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with ulcerative colitis(L/C) of damp-heat syndrome.Methods Sixty-four cases were randomly di- vided into two group,thirty-two cases in each group. The observation group was treated by Qingchang decoction and herbal enema, the control group was treated by Mesalazine enter-coated tablets. Their ESR and serum CRP were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results ESR and serum CRP of both groups were descend(P〈0.05, P〈0.01),there were statistical differences compared with the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The Qingchang decoction and herbal enema can inhibition inflammation, repair intestinal mucosal damage , improve blood circulation, promote the ulcer to heal.
