| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定三香健脾胶囊中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（三乙胺调pH至6.0）（55：45）为流动相;流速1.0ml/min;检测波长280nm。结果延胡索乙素在0.0384-0.1728μg进样量范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系（r=0.9991）,回收率为98.50%,RSD=0.95%（n=6）。结论实验结果显示本测定方法简便、结果准确,适合于三香健脾胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method to determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in sanxiangjianpi capsules.Methods The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column,using methanol-0.1%phosphate solution（triethylamine adjust pH to 6.0）（55：45） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 280 nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results The tetrahydropalmatine have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0.0384-0.1728μg（r=0.9991）,the average recovery was 98.50%and RSD=0.95%（n=6）Conolusion The established method is accuracy and simple.It can be used for quality control of sanxiangjianpi capsules. |
