鼻腔及鼻窦螺旋CT仿真内镜成像质量控制

摘    要:目的:探讨影响鼻腔及鼻窦螺旋CT仿真内镜(CTVE)成像质量的因素。方法:采用美国GE公司Prospeed SX Adantage低压滑环螺旋CT机,对我院36例鼻腔有鼻窦病变患者,将基分为3组选用不同的扫描参数进行检查,所有病例图像传至工作站,使用NavigaterSmooth进行VE重建,比较并分析成像质量。结果:行CTVE检查的36例病例均能清晰、完整地显示鼻腔解剖结构。结论:影响CTVE图像质量的技术因素,主要包括扫描参数、重建方式、窗口技术、阈值以及术前准备、运动伪影等。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate scanning parameters influencing imaging quality of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in nasal cavity and nasal sinus. Methods: 36 cases were scanned by GE prospeed SX Advantage spiral CT scanner with 3 kinds of scanning parameters, and then the source images were transmitted to workstation and reconstructed by CTVE with Navigater Smooth. The imaging quality with 3 kinds of scanning parameters was compared and analyzed.Results:Normal anatomical structures and abnormal changes of nasal cavity and nasal sinus in all 36 cases were well displayed by CTVE. Conclusion:The technical factors influencing imaging quality include mainly scanning parameters, reconstruction mode, window technique, threshold value, prescanning preparation and motion artifacts.
