心理干预对宫颈癌患者术前焦虑的疗效探讨

目的:探讨心理干预对宫颈癌患者术前焦虑状况的影响。方法:将96例宫颈癌择期手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各48例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,干预组在常规治疗和护理的基础上于手术前进行支持性心理治疗和自我放松训练等心理干预。分别在护理干预前和干预后对患者的心理状况进行评价。结果:经过护理干预后,干预组术前焦虑紧张、悲观失望、失眠、情绪不稳者所占的比例均明显低于对照组;治疗后两组患者的SAS评分均有所降低,但干预组比对照组较低,差异具有统计学意义。心理干预组的患者满意度远高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对宫颈癌患者进行心理干预可以有效减轻患者的焦虑与抑郁情绪,值得在临床上推广应用。

Study on the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety before cerrical cancer surgery.

Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on preoperative anxiety in patients with cervical cancer. Methods：96 cases of cervical cancer patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group with 48 cases. The control group with routine treatment and care,the intervention group with psychotherapy and self-relaxation training besides tradition treatment. To evaluate mental situation before and after intervention. Results：After nursing intervention,The anxiety and tension,despair,insomnia,emotional instability proportion of psychological intervention group were significantly lower than the control group. SAS score of two groups were both lower after treatment,in which the psychological intervention group were statistically different before and after treatment,while the control group,there was no statistical significance.Patient satisfaction of psychological intervention group was far higher,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：psychological intervention in cervical cancer patients can effectively reduce the patient＇s anxiety and depression,it is worth implicated in clinical practice.
