大学生完美主义与成就动机和自信的关系研究

目的探讨大学生完美主义与成就动机和自信的关系。方法采用中文Frost多维完美主义量表、成就动机量表和大学生自信量表对1245名大学生进行测试并做相关性统计分析。结果完美主义、成就动机和自信及其各自的维度之间存在不同程度的正或负相关。结论完美主义的＂个人标准＂和＂条理性＂可加强个体对成功的追求并增强个体自信水平,＂担心错误＂、＂行动疑虑＂及＂父母期望＂则会强化个体害怕失败的动机,降低自信水平。

Research on relationship between perfectionism and achivement motive or self-confidence in undergraduate students

Objective To research the relationship between perfectionism and achivement motive or self-confidence. Methods 1 245 undergraduate students were tested by CFMPS,AMS and ＂Confidence Scale of Undergraduate Students＂.Results There is positive or negative correlation between perfectionism,achievement motive and confidence.Conclusion ＂Personal Standards＂ and ＂organization＂ of perfectionism can enhance the individual motive of pursuit success and the level of self-confidence.However, ＂Concern over Mistakes＂, ＂doubts about actions＂ and ＂parental expectations＂ of perfectionism can enhance the motive of fear failure and reduce the level of self-confidence.
