| 摘 要： | 目的：观察冠心通冲剂的抗冠心病和抗心绞痛的作用。方法：应用整体动物（犬、大鼠、猫）实验法测定冠脉流量、心肌耗氧量、心脏功能和血栓形成，用血流粘度计测定血液流变学指标。结果：冠心通冲剂可抑制血栓形成，增加冠脉血流量，降低心肌耗氧量，降低全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积，全面改善心脏功能。结论：冠心通冲剂具有很强的抗冠心病和抗心绞痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the functions of Guan xin tong Chong ji on anti-coronary heart disease and anti-angina pectoris.Method:The experimental method of whole animal,such as dog,rat and cat were used to decide coronary artery run-off,cardiac muscle oxygen consumption,the functions of heart and throbosis.Result:Guan xin tong Chong ji can restrain throbosis,increase the flux of coronary artery blood,and decrease cardiac muscle oxygen consumption,the viscosity of whole blood and blood plasma and improve the functions of heart from every aspects.Conclusion:Guan xin tong Chong ji has a strong effect on anti-coronary heart disease and anti-angina pectoris. |
