数字化成像与传统屏-片成像在静脉肾盂造影中的比较分析

摘    要:目的回顾性对比分析传统屏-片成像和数字化成像在静脉肾盂造影(IVP)的应用,探讨数字化成像在泌尿系统检查中的应用价值。方法随机抽取在我院行数字化IVP检查及传统X线IVP检查者各100例,从摄片曝光量、细节显示、照片质量方面对比两种摄片系统在IVP中的运用。结果运用数字化IVP检查的曝光剂量显著减少,图像质量配置提高,结石及微小钙化检出率较高,对整个泌尿系统的显示也优于传统屏-片成像。结论运用数字化成像行IVP检查具有:辐射剂量少;图像清晰;整个泌尿系统显影清晰、完整;此外,还有多种图像后处理功能;可组合打印显示,节省胶片,图像资料还可数字化存储等优点。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the application between conventional radiology and digital imaging in intravenous pyelography (IVP). Methods Take 100 cases acquired by digital imaging in IVP and another 100 cases acquired by conventional radiology IVP randomly, compared the application of the two different system in IVP by exposure, the detail and quality of images. Results The digital imaging IVP reduced exposure clearly, improved the resolution of soft tissue greatly, revealed the urinary tiny calculus easily, provided better film quality than conventional radiology in the whole urinary system. Conclusion Digital imaging in IVP is low exposure, better films, clear imaging in the whole urinary system, great power in post-processing, economizes films, images can be stored in the form of date.
