| 摘 要： | 目的评价用甘油冷冻带Tenon's膜的结膜移植治疗睑球粘连的远期疗效.方法回顾性分析带Tenon's膜的异体结膜移植治疗睑球粘连28例30眼.结果平均随访3年1个月,睑球粘连彻底分开,眼球恢复自由活动者25眼(83.3%),排斥率为16.7%.结论甘油冷冻保存带Tenon's膜的异体结膜移植可修复睑球粘连分离后的结膜缺损,并长期有效.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the long-term efficacy of glycerol cryopreserved conjunctiva and Tenon's fasia allograft in the treatment of symblepharon.MethodsThirty eyes of 28 cases with symblepharon were undergone allograft of conjunctiva and Tenon's fasia.The mean follow-up time was 3 years and 1 month.ResultsThe symblepharon was detached completely and the movement of eyeball was recovered in 25 eyes (83.3%) by the surgery application.The rejection rate was 16.7%.No significant changes were found in visual acuities before and after operation(P>0.05). The area of symblepharon over 2 quadrants increased the operative failure rate in comparison with that less 2 quadrants(P<0.05).ConclusionThe long-term efficacy of glycerol cryopreserved allograft conjunctiva and Tenon's fasia for ocular surface reconstruction is significant after symblapharon release. |
