| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同浓度的月桂氮酮对氨茶碱小鼠离休皮肤渗透性的影响。方法：测定和计算药物累积释放量（Ｑ），稳态流量（Ｊ），渗透系数（Ｋｐ）。结果：表明含不同浓度氮酮的氨茶碱乳膏均能增加药物的皮肤渗透性。结论：药物从乳膏基质向皮肤的渗透符合Ｈｉｇｕｃｈｉ方程。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of azone in different concentrations on transcutaneous permeation of amino-phylline through in vitro rat skin. METHODS:To determine and calculate the cumulative quantity(Q) ,flux(J)and permeation coefficient(Kp). RESULTS: All the tested concentrations of azone in aminophylline cream could enhance the transcutaneous permeation ofdrug. CONCLUSION:The permeation of drug from cream base into skin conformed to Higuchi equation . |
