摘    要:目的 探讨Ghrelin对高糖诱导心肌细胞凋亡的影响.方法 将原代培养的心肌细胞随机分为:①正常对照组(N组);②高糖组(H组);③高糖+Ghrelin组(G组).应用脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测各组心肌细胞凋亡,分光光度法检测心肌细胞内caspase-3活性的变化.结果 与N组比较,H组心肌细胞凋亡明显增加,caspase-3活性显著升高;与H组比较,G组心肌细胞凋亡数量明显减少,caspase-3活性明显降低(均P<0.05).结论 Ghrelin可能通过降低caspase-3活性抑制高糖诱导的心肌细胞凋亡.
