| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声检查（CDFI）及时准确诊断青少年阴囊急症尤其是睾丸扭转的意义。方法：对30例阴囊急症患者的临床资料进行总结。结果：急性附睾睾丸炎24例，睾丸扭转6例（23%），均行手术探查，其中5例经复位后睾丸得以保留，1例行睾丸切除。结论：睾丸扭转在青少年阴囊急症中应引起重视，可应用CDFI与急性附睾睾丸炎加以鉴别，提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical of CDFI can on time accurately examine the acute diseases of scrotum particularly the testicle torsion for the teenager patients. Methods: The clinical information of thirty patients of the acute diseases of scrotum is summarized.Results:There are twenty-four patients for the acute orchitis. There are six patients(23%) for the testicular torsion who received explorations.Five of them saved the testicles by diaplasis,the another one received the orchiectomy.Conclusion:The testicular torsion in the acute disease of scrotum of the teenager patients must be regardded.The application of CDFI can discriminate the acute orchitis.so that increase the cure rate. |
