| 摘 要： | 目的：观察重组人促红细胞生成素（rhEPO）治疗慢性肾功能不全合并贫血时，对其心功能的影响。方法：选取我院肾脏内科64例慢性肾功能不全合并贫血且非透析患者，随机分为两组，其中47例采用thEPO治疗，17例对照组不用rhEPO治疗，且两组在治疗过程中均积极控制血压在正常或接近正常的水平，6月后观察并比较两组患者血红蛋白（Hb）及心脏彩超等情况。结果：rhEPO治疗组心脏功能较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0．05），而对照组上述指标无明显变化。结论：rhEPO治疗CRF患者，贫血纠正的同时能显著改善心功能。
