| 摘 要： | 目的:观察排毒降脂合剂对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝(nonalcoholic steatohepatifis,NASH)动物模型的影响,阐明其作用机制.方法:以高脂饲料喂饲大鼠建立脂肪肝病模型,观察排毒降脂合剂对大鼠肝脏血脂、转氨酶含量以及肝组织病理学变化.结果:与模型组相比,排毒降脂合剂中、大剂量组能降低血清TC、LDL-C、ALT和AST(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),升高血清HDL-C(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),以高剂量组效果最显著.结论:排毒降脂合剂治疗脂肪肝的机制可能与其抑制TG、LDL-C、ALT和AST,升高血清HDL-C有关.

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to observe treating action of Paidujiangzhiheji on NASH.Methods:Wistar rat models of fatty liver were developed by heavy fatty feed.The pathologic changes in liver tissue and changes in serum contents of TG,LDL-C,ALT,AST,HDL-C were observed.Results:Compared with model group,the pathologic changes in treated group were controlled.Simultaneously,TC,LDL-C,ALT,and AST were significantly lowered(P<0.01,P<0.05),and HDL-C was markedly raised in Paidujiangzhiheji groups(P<0.01,P<0.05),especially in high dose groups.Conclusion:The mechanism that the Paidujiangzhiheji have significant therapeutic effect on fatty liver may be that it reduces TC,LDL-C,ALT and AST,and increases HDL-C in the rats with NASH. |
