| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心电图对兔急性心肌梗死（AMI）的诊断价值。方法 无菌条件下开胸结扎兔冠状动脉左前降支（LAD），建立急性心肌梗死动物模型，观察术前、术后即刻、1／2小时（h）、1h、2h和6周的心电图（ECG）变化特点，并结合心肌酶学及病理检查结果判断兔AMI模型是否成功。结果 术前描记常规导联ECG均正常，术后ECG最显著的变化为：心率减慢，R波振幅降低，T波高尖。胸导联ST段抬高及病理性Q波出现。结论 术后心率减慢及R波振幅降低可作为早期诊断兔AMI的可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of electrocardiogram(ECG) in diagnosing acute myocardial infarction(AMI) of rabbit.Methods A rabbit model of AMI was made by opening chest and ligating the left anterior descending(LAD) coronary artery.ECG was observed before operation,immediate after,half an hour,1h,2h and 6 weeks after LAD ligation.ECG combined with myocardial enzyme and pathologic histology were used to judge the success of the model of AMI.Results ECG was normal before operation.After LAD ligation,the heart rates of rabbits turned slowly,R waves decreased,T waves rose,ST segments ran up in chest leads and abnormal Q waves appeared.Conclusion The heart rates of rabbits turned slowly and R waves decreased after operation,which can be used to judge the AMI model success. |
