血清CTn-I和Hs-CRP联合检测在冠心病中的应用价值

目的：评估血清CTn-I和Hs-CRP联合检测在冠心病中的应用价值。方法：检测96例确诊为冠心病患者和30例健康对照者血清中CTn-I和Hs-CRP水平,分析冠心病患者中稳定性心绞痛、不稳定性心绞痛以及心肌梗死3个亚组人群中的血清CTn-I和Hs-CRP水平。结果：冠心病患者血清CTn-I和Hs-CRP明显高于健康对照者（P〈0.05）,稳定性心绞痛和不稳定性心绞痛患者血清CTn-I升高不明显,但Hs-CRP已明显升高,而血清CTn-I和Hs-CRP在心肌梗死组升高最明显（P〈0.05）,Spearman等级相关分析提示随着冠心病严重程度升高,血清CTn-I和Hs-CRP逐渐升高。结论：联合检测冠心病患者血清CTn-I和Hs-CRP将有利于对患者病情的评估。

The significance of combination detection of cardiac troponin-I and high sensitivity C-reaction protein of coronary artery disease

Objective： To evaluate the serum CTn-I and Hs-CRP combined detection value in coronary artery disease.Methods： 96 patients diagnosed with coronary artery disease detected patients and 30 healthy controls serum CTn-I and Hs-CRP levels of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris,unstable angina and myocardial infarction in three sub-group of people in the serum CTn-I and Hs-CRP levels.Results： The serum levels of CTn-I and Hs-CRP was significantly higher than healthy controls（P〈0.05）,stable angina and unstable angina patients CTn-I increase was not obvious,but the Hs-CRP was significantly elevated,while serum CTn-I and Hs-CRP increased in the MI group,the most significant（P〈0.05）,Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the severity of coronary heart disease with increased serum CTn-I and Hs-CRP gradually increased.Conclusion： The detection of coronary heart disease patients CTn-I and Hs-CRP will contribute to the assessment of patient condition.
