摘    要:核旁斑是细胞核内一类重要的亚核体。核旁斑可通过拘留RNA或蛋白以及与miRNA相互作用等方式调控基因的表达,从而在肿瘤发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,因此研究核旁斑在肿瘤细胞中的生物学结构及作用对肿瘤的诊疗具有重要意义。目前关于核旁斑在肿瘤细胞中的结构、功能及临床意义尚未完全明确。本文综述肿瘤细胞核旁斑的组成、结构、装配及其在肿瘤发生、发展过程的作用机制和临床意义,旨在为肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后提供新的研究方向和线索。

Abstract:Paraspeckles are a kind of important subnuclear body in the nucleus. Essentially, they are spherical large ribonucleoprotein complexes in a core-shell shape, which are composed of RNA and protein through protein-RNA, protein-protein interaction and RNA-RNA interaction. Gene expression in tumors can be regulated by paraspeckles by means of RNA detention, altering the distribution of the paraspeckle proteins, and interacting with miRNA. Here, we reviewed the composition, structure, assembly, function, mechanism and clinical significance of paraspeckles in tumors, so as to provide research directions and clues for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors.
