| Abstract: | HOBt, HOAt and 6-chloro-HOBt are practical and efficient coupling reagents used for prevention/ reducing racemization and suppressing side reactions during peptide formation. Vigilance should always be kept on during manufacture, transportation and usage. Extracaution should also be held to deal with waste material treatment. |
