麻杏石甘汤加味治疗喉痒咳嗽131例分析

本文作者在临床治疗131例咳嗽病人中观察到喉痒咳嗽在嗽咳病例中占60％以上,其分型以风热型最多,约占70％左右,次为伤风型和风寒型。提出风邪(外感风热之邪)是引起风热喉痒咳嗽发病的重要因素。治疗除以清肺化痰止咳外,宜着重祛风、利咽。本组经用麻杏石甘汤加味治疗,总有效率占90.8％。本组结果还提示咳嗽病人,喉痒的发生率很高,故医生在治疗咳嗽病人时,喉痒应作为问诊必问的内容。

Modified Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang for the Treatment of Cough with Itching of the Throat: An Analysis of 131 Cases

The authors have observed 131 cases of cough, among which over 60 percent were associated with itching of the throat. In terms of classification, about 70 percent of the cases were of the wind-heat type, and then the wind type and the wind-cold type. They believe that wind evil (exogenous wind-heat evil) is the major factor inducing cough with itching of the throat. The therapeutic principle for this syndrome should be clearing away lung-heat and eliminating sputum to stop cough. In addition, eliminating wind evil to relieve throat-itching should be emphasized in the treatment. Treated with modified Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang (Decoction of Ephedrae, Armeniacae Amarum, Glycyrrhizae and Gypsum Fibrosum), the cases received a satisfactory result, with a total effective rate of 90.8%. It is also believed that since itching of the throat is so commomly seen in the patients with cough, it is necessary to inquire the patient whether he/she has itching of the throat besides cough.
