痹痛灵颗粒对致炎C57BL小鼠血清细胞黏附分子-1表达的影响

摘    要:目的观察中药复方痹痛灵颗粒对致炎C57BL小鼠血清可溶性细胞黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)表达的影响。方法给正常C57BL小鼠灌胃痹痛灵颗粒7日,末次给药后1 h,右耳正反两面均匀涂抹巴豆油合剂致炎,4 h后摘眼球取血,制备血清,用ELISA法测定sICAM-1水平。结果痹痛灵颗粒对C57BL小鼠血清sICAM-1的升高具有抑制作用,但仅痹痛灵颗粒大剂量组与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论痹痛灵颗粒抑制血清sICAM-1的升高,是其调节免疫功能,治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的重要机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Bitongling granule,the compound of Chinese medicine on the expression of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in the C_(57)BL mice induced by inflammation.Methods Normal C57BL mice were medicated with Bitongling granule by gavage for 7 days.Auris dextra of the mice were daubed with the mixture of croton oil to induce inflammation after the last administration.Four hours later,eyeballs were picked from the mice to prepare serum.The level of sICAM-1 was detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Bitongling granule could effectively restrain high expression of serum sICAM-1 in C57BL mice.There was obvious difference between only the large dosage group of Bitongling granule and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It was one of the important mechanisms to regulate immunologic function and treat rheumatoid arthritis(RA) that Bitongling granule inhibited the elevation of serum soluble intercelluar adhesion molecule-1.
