抑郁症患者院外服药依从性的相关因素分析及其对复发的影响

目的：了解抑郁症患者院外服药依从性的相关因素及其对复发的影响。方法：以自编的“抑郁症患者院外服药依从性调查表”对１００例抑郁症患者进行调查分析。结果：影响抑郁症患者服药依从性的直接因素是：文化程度、家庭对服药态度、服药剂量、用药维持时间、工作胜任能力和复发情况。服药依从性好者复发率２７．２７％，而服药依从性差者复发率９６．４３％。结论：提高医疗质量，加强遵医嘱服药重要性的宣教，注重改善家庭环境，是提高院外抑郁症患者服药依从率和降低复发率的关键

Compliance of Discharged Depressive Patients with Maintenance Therapy and Its Effect on Relapse

Objective To know the relevant factors of compliance of discharged depressive patients with maintenance therapy and their effect on relapse.Method By a self made investigating scale of compliance with maintenance therapy in discharged depressive patients.Results The results showed that the direct factors affecting patients' compliance were education,family's attitude to medication,dosage and maintenance time of medicine,capacity of working and relapse of illness.The rate of relapse was only 27 27% in the patients with good compliance,but was as high as 96 43% in those with poor compliance.Conclusion It suggests that to improve medical quality,develop education of significance of maintenance medication and change family environment are key to develop the compliance of discharged patients with depression,and reduce their relapse of illness.
